Steps for the Application Process

In order for an application to be considered, the following must be completed:
1. Go to the "Online Rental Application" link

2. Fill out the online application or print the PDF version of the application and submit it to freida@troycable.net. 

**The application needs to be filled out in its entirety.
 
3. If you are a student, you must have a guarantor (parent, grandparent, etc.) fill out an application. 
**The guarantor will be someone who is on your lease with you that will be financially responsible.

4. Once you complete the application, you will have the option to pay the application fee online or bring the fee by the office via cash, check or money order. 

5. When everything above is completed, the application will be processed. 

6. Once processed, the applicant should know within 1-2 business days the result of the application.
